| Excellent drought tolerant large plant. Cut back to ~6" in spring after danger of frost. Self seeds and spreads by root, especially if irrigated, but can be managed. 'Blue Spire' is a recommended variety. Good mass planted with Achillea filipendula 'Gold Plate'. Excellent heat resistance, moderate growth rate. |
