Notes

This is a very reliable and useful xeriscape plant. There are many varieties to choose from including Caradonna, East Friesland, Bumbleblue and White Profusion. Although drought tolerant, plants will repeat bloom more reliably with a small amount of supplemental water during dry summers. Removal of dead flowers will encourage repeat bloom. Plants may be trimmed to basal foliage after blooming if they look untidy. Flowers are attractive to pollinators. Rabbit resistant. Excellent heat resistance, moderate growth rate.
