| Notes
| The native version of this vigorous tree has thorns, large fruit, tends to sucker. There are a number of cultivars, however, such as Wichita and White Shield which are thorn-less, attractive and well behaved. Glossy green foliage. Excellent heat resistance, fast growth rate. Available in speciality nurseries. |
